Girls Like Race Cars©2007 Marsh Brodeur
Billy built a race car, races on the weekends.
Since he built the race car, Billy’s got a lot of friends.
Billy’s Daddy builds engines for NASCAR super stars.
And he always told Billy, “Son, girls like race cars.”
They like the way they look.
They like the way they feel.
They like the smell of the rubber when the tires squeal.
You don’t have to spend your money Sonny, hangin’ out in bars.
Just keep your mind on your motor boy, cuz girls like race cars.
So along came Susie, just like Billys’ Daddy said.
She’s a five star beauty, just a little under-fed.
She said “I like you Billy, you’ve got me seeing stars.
Tell me all about your life, let’s start with the race cars.
I like the way they look.
I like the way they feel.
I like the smell of the rubber, when the tires squeal.
Some girls like guys who play guitars.
Some girls like me Billy, We like guys who race cars.
So Billy taught Susie everything he knew.
Pretty soon pretty Susie had a race car too.
She got better than Billy and became a rising star.
Billy’s Daddy said “I told you son…Girls like Race cars.
They like the way they look.
They like the way they feel.
They like the smell of the rubber when the tires squeal.
You better marry that girl soon son, before she strays too far.
But you’ll be lucky just to catch her boy. This girl drives Race cars.
